TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Card is valid for a single residence address and single floor mentioned on the form and is non transferable to any other address and is also not for any other address or person.
- The card is not valid for commercial places. Commercial services are provided on different parameters and charges are decided on survey and services required.
- It will be considered that all the terms and conditions are accepted by the cardholder once the customer has signed the form.
- It is mandatory for the customer making a helpline call to produce the card or sticker to avail the services.
- The company will try and ensure to provide services within the stipulated time frame of 24 hours. In case of failure, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay arising due to forced conditions not within its control.
- Cost of spares, extra parts (if provided) will be charged at actual rates or can be provided by the customer.
- We do not provide services for all electronic items, cooler,T.V. , mixture grinder , washing machine and fridge.
- The membership automatically gets cancelled in case of cheque getting dishonored.
- Card is activated with in seven working days of registration for membership and is valid for one year from the date of issue. After that renewal is mandatory for availing the services.
- Company is authorized to add or change any or all terms and conditions at its own discretion at any time without prior intimation.
- Card once sold is not refundable.
- Complaint registration timing is between 10A.M. and 6P.M. Only one type of service is provided at a time and in a day.
- The customer or its representative will have no claim against the company either civil or criminal in nature or in accordance to this card in respect of death or injury of the customer or any other person or loss or damage to any other property caused by or due to equipment failure or during work by technician, accident or fire during the validity of this card.
- Maximum fifteen services will be provided in an year. Beyond that renewal of the card would be necessary to avail services.
- A/C & Computer services are applicable for only one A/c or Computer installed at a single address. Services for more than one A/c or Computer will attract a services charge @ Rs 100(per visit) per A/C or Computer, or a separate membership card has to be purchased for the same.
- In case of misbehaviour or any misconduct by the customer the company is authorized to terminate/cancel the membership at its own discretion.
- Office remains closed on Tuesday due to weekly off. Hence complaint registration is not done.
- 24 hours time frame is not applicable for services of carpentry and A/C complimentary servicing.
- No service is provided on Vishwakarma day, labour day and all national holidays.
- Claims/refunds if any other than the above mentioned points will not exceed the residual value(on per day pro-rata basis of card validity period) of the card fee paid by the cardholder.
- Renewal is sole right of the company.
- All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Delhi only.
